2012 Toyota Highlander Review.
The 2012 Toyota Highlander is a bigger and more sophisticated version of the earlier models of the Highlander series. There are 8 configurations of this sport utility vehicle, all varying in engine and performance specifications. The 2012 version of the Highlander offers better ergonomics, engine performance, fuel economy and a great resale value.
The car has three rows offering a seating capacity of seven individuals. However, due to the decreasing room and headroom in the second and third rows, it is difficult for seven adults to sit comfortably. Hence, the third row is suitable for kid’s .The dashboard has a 3.5” multi-functional display in addition to other controls.
The vehicle body is large, strong and daringly designed. The 17” alloy rims, large silver grill, keyless entry system, projector beam headlamps, color keyed door handles bumpers and outside mirrors accentuate the beauty of this car.
The all wheel configuration uses a 3.5l V6 engine with a powerful electronic Toyota direct injection TDI system. The V6 packs 270hp @ 6200 rp-m and a torque of 248lb-ft @4700 rpm exemplifying it to one of the best SUVs on the road.
